Longbeard provides digital media design services: web design, graphic design, video production, marketing consultation, SEO optimization, CRM and database integration to disrupt current practices and increase engagement and mobilization specifically with Millennials and Generation Xers.
- Industry Connections – Due to the previous years of experience working in the Catholic Church, the team has amassed a large number of high level connections into the church hierarchy and have already leveraged several international clients as a result.
- Market knowledge and credibility – 75% of the LBC team has worked in the market for several years. This gives us keen insight into a complicated and untapped market. Moreover, we have created networks across North America whilst working for various Archdioceses and Religious Orders that we are now able to exploit.
- Little competition – A North American survey of the digital media presence of our prospective clients was conducted prior to incorporation, which revealed a staggering latency. When reviewing what companies existed that were trying to address this latency we noticed they were building on old technologies and lacked contemporary design ingenuity.
- Huge opportunities for scaling – The Catholic market in North America alone is absolutely staggering. We foresee with the re-launch of our website in spring 2016, with our new portfolio, that we will continue to be overwhelmed with work and our main challenge will be sourcing enough designers and developers to keep up with demand. We have already secured the largest client in our North American market and we are building increased recognition daily as the premiere design firm in the market.
