With the conflict in Syria in its fifth year, for the youngest children this crisis is all they have ever known. For adolescents entering their formative years, violence and suffering have not only scarred their past; they are shaping their futures.
Take Reem, a 15 year old Syrian refugee living in Jordan. For her, school is a distant memory. She is now married and has a son.
There is hope. With your help, UNICEF could provide more than 600 Syrian children* who are missing out on the opportunity to learn, with access to school and psychosocial support from qualified staff who help them and their families cope with the trauma they have experienced.
Please CHIME for the Children of Syria by making a donation.
