DEAD BIRD BREWING COMPANY
Nick Kocis and Jeremy Hach started brewing beer in college because it was cheaper and they could experiment with different recipes. Friends started liking the beer and requesting it for birthdays, graduations, and weddings. Word spread and the company was born.
We believe beer should be local, not shipped across the country, so we brew beer with local ingredients for local people and support local charities. We grow our own hops in southwest Wisconsin and source everything else from producers within Wisconsin.
Weighting in at 10% ABV and 100 IBU, this Imperial India Pale Ale is strong, yet balanced.
