Denis Robert, President and CEO. Mr. Robert has over 25 years of experience and joined CT-Payment in 2011 and was rapidly appointed President and CEO to perform the corporation restructuring. Within a period of 18 months, Denis has repositioned the company as the largest independent payment processor in Canada and developed innovative product solutions that are now embraced in Canada, USA and soon to be launched in Asia. Prior to joining CT-Payment, Denis owned a national strategic communications and branding agency and has been the driving force in the development of global integrated marketing and communications strategies for clients.

Pierre Ravary cpa-ca, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ravary has more than 20 years of experience in executive financial position, all in technology oriented companies. He then spent twelve years at Toon Boom Animation as Director of Finances then Chief Financial Officer. He was an important part of the Company turnaround, from restructuring to the global leader in 2D Software Development. During those years, as part of the Management team, Pierre was finalist in 2006 Ernst and Young in the Media and Entertainment category and won in 2005 an Emmy Award for Best Technology. After Toon Boom and different Consulting position, he joined CT-Payment during the Company restructuring period in 2012. He participated along with the new CEO – Denis Robert, to refinance, restructure and turnaround the company to bring it back to profitability in the first 12 months following the restructuring. His Global business and Operational experience make him an important part of CT-Payment Management team.

Paul Continelli, Founder & SVP Business Development. Mr. Continelli has more than 15 years’ experience in the payment market in North America. He has worked with banks and credit unions in Western Canada and the U.S. to deploy infrastructure for Check 21 remote capture for medium and large businesses, processing more than $1 billion in transactions. He also co-founded Hybrid Paytech and implemented ecommerce top-up and peer2peer credit transactions for several telecom companies in banks & telecom’s in Asia.

Jay Madore, Chief Technology Officer Mr. Madore has 20 years of experience in Technology, 17 years specializing in Payments and the HP NonStop platform. . Jay was the technical lead of CGI’s NonStop consulting team, and the Architect for the EMV payment switch upgrade performed for TD Bank. As the Director or Research & Development for CSP Security, Jay has designed and developed software in use at Banks, Financial Institutions and Stock Exchanges round the world still in use to secure their system to pass Security Audits including PCI. Jay was recognized as one of the top security experts in the NonStop world by the head of NonStop Security at HP, and has lectured at several NonStop conferences around the world on the topic. Jay has an Honour’s Degree from Seneca College in Computer Programming and Analysis and studied for the Master’s degree in Software Engineering at the University of Liverpool.
