iCrowdNewswire - Mar 31, 2016

Buy a Banana for Breakfast for a Child Refugee
Jacob and Stan are with Team Bananas right now.  Team Bananas buy 3,800 bananas every day and give them directly to refugee children in the refugee camp in Idomeni, Greece.
Buy a Banana for Breakfast

One banana costs 25¢.
Ten bananas cost €2.50.
That’s €950 every day for 3800 bananas.
We have enough money to buy bananas for 3 days.
Please help us raise enough money for 3 more days.
That’s €2,850.

It’s very simple. Team Bananas are a collection of self-funding volunteers from all over Europe. Twelve thousand people, thousands of them children, are trapped on the Macedonian border. Conditions in Idomeni are beyond challenging.
Food, shelter and firewood are scarce. We have been giving bananas to children in Idomeni since the borders closed. We go from tent to tent and talk to the families.
Bananas supply a daily breakfast in an otherwise unpredictable day. Bananas are packed with nutrients, are easy to eat, and don’t need washing. All your money will be spent on bananas and only on bananas.
We are only representing you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Please help us raise €2,850 to buy bananas for children for three days.
