Grane: Grane combines the growing affinity for whiskeys and craft cocktails with the modern, small-portion whiskey dispensing/sampling technology. A whiskey and craft cocktail concept that features technology allowing the customer to sample whiskey in .5oz, 1.0oz and 1.5oz portion sizes with a single venue located at Mutual of Omaha’s Midtown Crossing in Omaha.

Brix: Brix combines three complementary businesses under one roof – a wine, beer, and spirits retail store with a bistro and event center. Brixco currently operates two Brix locations in Omaha – at Village Pointe Shopping Center in the western suburbs and an urban location at Midtown Crossing

Dan MatuszekWith 28 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, Dan has worked in all three tiers of the alcoholic beverage category – at the distributor/wholesale level, supplier level, and as a retailer store/restaurant owner. Recruited out of college by the E. & J. Gallo Winery in 1986, Dan began his career with Johnson Brothers Liquor Company, one of the leading wine and spirits distributors in the country. There he worked as a sales representative, District Manager, and Gallo Sales Manager before leaving the company in 1991 to work for the E. & J. Gallo winery where he held multiple regional and national positions; including Division Manager and National Director of Trade Marketing.

Chuck Stevens

Chuck StevensChuck has been involved with the accounting and financial reporting for emerging companies in a variety of industries including retail, food service, restaurant, hospitality, medical, transportation and information technology. He has over 10 years of public accounting experience with Arthur Andersen & Co. and Seim Johnson in Omaha, was an Executive Director at Creighton University, and held various administrative roles at Werner Enterprises, a publicly traded trucking company also based in Omaha.

Rick Bonge

In 1994 Rick joined Bruegger’s Bagels as a District Manager, overseeing the opening of nine bagel bakeries in the Nebraska region. In 2000, Rick purchased five Bruegger’s Bagels from the franchise group he worked for and ran those as a franchisee until 2005 when the units were sold to Bruegger’s, Inc. After the sales of the five Bruegger’s Bagels locations, Rick became the Market Director for Bruegger’s Bagels in the Nebraska/Iowa region. Rick joined Brixco, Inc. in July of 2014 as the Director of Operations.
