OT Enterprises, Inc. (OTEI) is a digital media, marketing and technology company that focuses on the business and lifestyle of sports. Our audience includes athletes, sports professionals and affluent sport fans. OT Enterprises is an exclusive connector between high-end consumer brands and those in sports who utilize and gravitate towards them. OT Enterprises assists brands, products and service providers gain exclusive access to professional athletes, sports professionals and affluent sports fans through targeted marketing and advertising opportunities. We do this with our unique blend of media, marketing and digital assets we’ve developed over the past decade.
OT Enterprises was created by former 11-year NFL All-Pro Ryan McNeil to serve as the parent company integrating business and lifestyle interests of those in sports – specifically, current, past and future professional athletes with plans to serve collegiate and high school athletes as this is an under served, growing and tremendously influential segment.
OT Enterprises support its audience base in two distinct ways: first, as an innovative publisher and producer of original strategically branded sports, business and lifestyle content through mobile, radio, print, digital and TV content portals and secondly, as an evolving suite of web and mobile-based products and services.
Products / Services
OT-Network.com will relaunch and be the initial product release. OT-Network.com will be the main media and marketing source to reach its audience of professional athletes, sports professionals and affluent sports fans for OT brand partners and service providers. OT-Network.com will also be the main access and hub in which all OT brand extensions are connected.This website will have three (3) levels of content access; free, member and paid member. Each access level will allow for more content access with the paid member being able to access all of the websites content.
OT-Mobile Applications will be the OTEI unit that will design, develop and introduce to our audience a host of targeted mobile websites and or mobile applications. The focus of these applications range from business, lifestyle, fashion, retail, data mining, CRM, CMS and games. The target audiences for the various applications include; professional athletes, collegiate athletes, high school athletes, affluent sports fans, sports professionals, sports executives, foreign sports fans, coaches, sports fans, brands, products and service providers.
OT-Events in the event production unit of OTEI. Events play a major role in our business model and OTEI allows for exclusive, invite-only gatherings of our audience, brand partners, products and service providers around key topics of interest. These events can serve as “launch pads” or introduction for the company’s own products and services. Events will be managed by in-house OTEI staff with external event managers assigned to specific projects. When appropriate OTEI will utilize outside sales and marketing groups that are paid on commission of sponsorships sold.
Scheduled to launch late in Year 2, Phokus Studios is OTEI’s branding, marketing, digital and advertising agency servicing athletes and the sports industry. Phokus Studios delivers graphic design and visual communication services to bolster personal and corporate identity. Products will include marquees, logos, branding, and different packaging options. Branding and marketing strategy is also provided. . OTEI has identified this need and plans to monetize the need with experts while generating additional revenue.
OT-TV is the digital production unit of OTEI. OT-TV will launch with the original television program OT Live. Each episode provides inside information and exclusive access to the world of professional sports and the athletes that live in it. Whether it’s yesterday’s legends or the stars of today, OT Live is sure to provide a unique insight.
With an interesting perspective and personality, founder Ryan McNeil, along with co-host former CNN Sports anchor Larry Smith and field reporters, OT Live will bring stories of professional athletes, sports business and lifestyle to life.
Chief Executive Officer
In June of 2004 Ryan McNeil founded OverTime (OT) Magazine, the predecessor to OTEI. OT Magazine was initially distributed on a quarterly basis exclusively to a controlled circulation of 30,000 professional athletes, team owners, executives and industry insiders. Today, OT is published as an online magazine under the OT–Network umbrella, and available to an ever-growing group of more than 40,000 – from current and former athletes and executives at the WNBA, NFLPA, MLS, MLB, NBA, NFL, NBRPA, and more, to paid subscriptions from the general public.
Mr. McNeil studied psychology at the University of Miami and entered the NFL as the second-round draft pick of the Detroit Lions in 1993. He is currently a former NFL All-Pro and completed 11 seasons in the NFL, most recently during the 2003-2004 season with the Denver Broncos. He has one daughter, is single and resides in Atlanta, GA.
Chief Operating Officer
Torarie Durden’s career has identified a unique niche, one that leverages the breadth of his unique experience and his passion for sports and entertainment, along with a healthy dose of entrepreneurial spirit. Durden currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of OT Enterprises, Inc. Born in Adel, GA, Durden is a proud graduate of Morehouse College and Georgia Institute of Technology, earning dual undergraduate degrees in Applied Physics (BA) and Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE). Durden holds an MBA from Harvard Business School in Cambridge, MA. He lives in Atlanta, GA and continues to hone his skills on the basketball courts and golf links, while occasionally traveling and spending time with a good book.
