LEEAGRA is a manufacturing firm that designs and builds high-quality products for the agricultural and oil industries in the United States, Canada and South America. LEEAGRA sales have hit record numbers in each of the last three years, with 2012 having a record high of over $4.8 million.
LEEAGRA evolved from West Texas Lee which originally formed over 60 years ago by the Lee family. As of 2011, Lynn Lee created the new entity, LEEAGRA, as a corporation keeping and standardizing the most popular products of West Texas Lee. West Texas Lee was known for customizing each product to the customers’ preferences while LEEAGRA has standardized these in order to keep down costs, increase production and stream-line parts sales and availability yet still being able to satisfy customers.
LEEAGRA has experienced significant growth since Lynn took over in mid 2009. Sales have increased from $1.822 million to $4.8 million in three years time.

Market research has shown that many farmers are seeking high clearance tractors like the SPIDER, AVENGER, and RAPTOR in specified niches of produce, nurseries, and rice fields as well as University Research. . The forerunner to the Spider & Avenger has been sold to Monsanto, Bayer Crop Science, the multiple universities
The company’s Immediate Objectives are to pay-down the Accounts Payable, pay some off West Texas Lee payables that have carried over to LeeAgra, and acquire inventory to build new sprayers of SPIDER, AVENGER, and RAPTOR. We are currently using sales of our tanks to fund our tractors and the R&D. We need funding so we can support our tractor line.
Long term Objectives are to continue cutting expenses, standardizing and modernizing products, expand sales of manufactured products and parts, and eventually obtain a greater rate of retained earning
