The ride is from Tidewater Virginia to Washington D.C. during the week of May 10-12th, and culminating with a corrections at the National Law Enforcement Memorial Candle Light Vigil. I’m a member of team Minnesota which is comprised of over 45 riders from many different departments honoring our fallen brothers and sisters, and giving support to the family of those lost. I will be riding in memory of Minneapolis Officer Jerome Victor “Jerry” Haaf, and meeting up with his family on the second day of the ride and at conclusion of the ride in Washington. Law Enforcement United Inc. is a non profit organization (501c3) under the Internal Revenue Code. The funds raised go to fund the memorial ride for the over 18,000 officers who have given the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, and with the bulk remainder presented to the Officer Down Memorial page, and Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS) organizations in Washington by LEU inc at the ride completion. I and Law Enforcement United would very much appreciate your continued support in this endeavor, and keep the families of those fallen in your thoughts.
