Personal Story

White Jasmine is a family business, managed by a mother and son team. It is founded on flavor, culture and fusion. Founder Huma Siddiqui has lived on 4 continents and truly knows that memories and families come together at the dinner table. Taking this knowledge from across the world and developing a flavor profile through our cheeses and spices replicates our passion and commitment for good. flavorful meals! Cooking shouldn’t be a stress, it should be fun, therapeutic and best of all delicious!

Business Description

White Jasmine, currently distributes a line of Pakistani style spices, Signature Spice Blends and our customer favorite – spiced Wisconsin Gouda cheese. We are the first company to introduce spices of this nature to Wisconsin cheese and our fans have been loving it! We currently serve grocery retail chains and have an online presence but are looking to not only strengthen our Midwest outlets but take this beloved product to a national scale. We have overcome hurdles as a small business selling a perishable, refrigerated product in a larger area and as we have seen success in the Midwest market, we look to expand these opportunities to the rest of the United States.

What is the purpose of this loan?

Our business will eventually move from the local platform to the national market and eventually the global stage. This 3 year $10,000 loan will allow us to increase our inventory, reduce logistic costs associated with shipping refrigerated product and therefore allow our expansion out of the Midwest and into the Florida and Texas marketplace.

-Inventory Cheese and spices = $9000
-Marketing to acquire new chain store = $750
-Social Media Marketing = $250

Can you imagine our prized Wisconsin Gouda on the shelves in Florida and Texas? How about being a part of a design that allows us to grow within those markets and eventually use the momentum to take national presence?

Eventually these efforts will lead us to international distribution. Sound exciting? Help us reach our goals and be a part of getting a beautiful Artisan-crafted Wisconsin Gouda into the hands of people all over the world!
