Change My Path: Configurable game modules for job skills training… like WordPress does for websites

“Configurable game modules for job skills training… like WordPress does for websites”

Why are we doing this now? Because last year alone, $35B was spent on the online job skills training market.

The problem is — everybody hates doing online training courses:

-the employees hate today’s “video-and-a-quiz” format, because it’s boring and painful to go through, and then you don’t even learn anything concrete when they’re done

-companies hate it, because they have no way to really know if their employees are learning; a quiz at the end doesn’t tell you much

Change My Path is changing all of that. We have interactive, game-based modules that employers can plug their content into, so that:
1. Employees can be trained on their mobile devices or any web browser, whenever and wherever they choose
2. As they go through the interactive, game-based apps, their employers can gather data on how effective their training curriculum is, as well as the individual aptitudes of their employees. No longer is attendance your only metric

Imagine — job training apps that are engaging; employees actually learn and remember, with data that employers can actually use to evaluate and improve training success. Ultimately — driving employee retention and lowering churn.

Configurable game modules for job skills training… like WordPress does for websites

Change My Path has built a web application that allows companies and other content developers to make their job skills training interactive, game-based, and entertaining.

Job skills training is a huge market — $35B/year. Our long term vision is to be a marketplace for job skills training, like YouTube is now for videos or Apple’s App Store is for iPhone apps.
