Master Mechanci Series Crane/Service Bodies
The ruggedly refined Master Mechanic Series design is the result of years of custom body building experience coupled with the input of many end-users. Since its introduction in 2001, the Master Mechanic Series has been received with overwhelming success and we believe you will find it to be the most versatile, functional, and user friendly design on the market today.
This product is used for general mobile field service by oil and gas companies, heavy-equipment leasing companies, construction companies, mining …
CSB (CASECO Service Body)
CASECO has designed and introduced a standard utility body design to offer as an alternative to the “cookie cutter” brands on the market today. This body boasts a more durable design, more storage capacity, and more general functionality. It is designed and manufactured for the user — not to optimize the manufacturing process. Primary users would be general contactors, electricians, plumbers, utilities, municipalities. We feel that this product will be a very strong regional product and gives us a full line to offer to our distribution partners.
Commander Series Flatbeds/Platforms
CASECO offers a standard line of flatbeds and platform bodies for users that require bodies built for harsher applications or the user just wants a more durable product. This product line also helps us offer a complete product line-up to our distribution partners.
CASECO Drawer Systems
CASECO manufactures a full line of drawer systems to compliment our body products, as well as, custom built drawer systems to fit other applications. The CASECO Drawer system is designed to withstand the demanding environment of field applications (mobile mount applications). Over 90% of all Master Mechanic Series bodies that we sell include a CASECO Drawer System.
CASECO Fiberglass Bodies
CASECO is introducing a fiberglass body product line (through a partnership with a fiberglass manufacturer). The body is significantly lighter than steel and will fit the needs of many weight sensitive applications.
CASECO has approved ship-thru programs with Ford and GM. In this program, a customer is able to order a unit from any dealership in the country — it is upfit at one of our designated facilities — then goes back into OEM traffic and is shipped to the dealership that ordered it as a work ready unit.
CASECO provides complete upfit/installation services at each of our four facilities — delivering work ready products to our customer base. We also provide maintenance and repair services at these facilities.
CNG Conversion and services
CASECO is a quality provider of Compressed Natural Gas conversions and services and has been added to a select network of Ford approved Quality Vehicle Modifiers for CNG. In addition to our involvement with Ford for CNG conversions, we are also set-up as certified installers with the strongest names in CNG for underhood systems — Altech-Eco, Landi Renzo, and Impco. As this new technology continues to evolve, CASECO is positioned to be a significant player in the overall market.
