Dealogic European Private Placement Review – Full Year 2015
Dealogic | European Private Placement Review |
|
For the past two years, Dealogic has covered the European Private Placement market in its Euro PP format. As the market has continued to evolve, standards on how to classify the European Private Placement market were required.
Dealogic sent a questionnaire to several banks in January 2016 requesting feedback. The response was positive, and the feedback received was analyzed to help steer, and arrive at, the Guidelines for Dealogic to use when classifying European Private Placement transactions.
Given the continued evolution of the market these Guidelines will be open to periodic revision, and Dealogic welcomes the opportunity to facilitate this discussion.
The Guidelines were applied to the Dealogic 2015 European Private Placement Full Year Review.
