At the same time that golf continues its essential role in business culture, another subject has been on the tip of companies’ tongues over the last several years: employee engagement.
A recent study by the Temkin Group showed that 91% of highly engaged employees try their hardest at work, while only 67% of disengaged employees are doing the same.
Following the example of companies like Google and Apple, businesses have begun to offer perk and discount programs as a way to incentivize employees and keep them engaged at work. But until now, there has been a huge gap in the employee perk program ecosystem: golf.
Albatross Golf Network is the first golf perks program. We work directly with employee benefit programs and golf courses to give businesses the ability to offer exclusive access and deals–including discounted golf memberships, rounds, and lessons–to qualified employees.

Everyone’s always looking for a discount. Thanks to your awesome employer, you’ll be able to go to courses and country clubs that you’ve always wanted to go to. You can get discounted rounds of golf, lessons, and memberships, just because of where you work!
Companies in our programs can give employees exclusive perks to hundreds of qualified golf courses or country clubs so that they can tee off for less. This kind of compensation increases a job’s value without increasing its salary!
Golf courses will love the unlimited access to potential customers. We help courses to connect with local businesses and the demographic that they’re not currently reaching. Since we don’t discount below 50% of retail, courses will not suffer like they do with GroupOn, and the quality of their customers will remain the same.
Once a company is enrolled with Albatross, employees can log on using their name, email, and zip code to find deals in their area. As long as your company is signed up, you’ll easily be able to log in. Because we shield our page from public viewing, members know they’re getting exclusive deals!
Once you’re in, you can look for golf courses based on where you are or the deals offered. You can see where you can get group deals or hour-long lessons. Browse around the courses until you find the one that have everything you want, and then, you just have to select it and pay through Albatross! You’ll get a confirmation voucher emailed to you as proof of purchase.
Once you’ve gotten your voucher, you have to call the course or club to reserve a tee time or schedule your lesson. When you go to the course, you bring your copy of the booking voucher to get your discount for a relaxing day of golfing fun!
Since our launch last November,
We’ve been able to partner with incredible vendors all over the world who represent over 10 Million employees, including Beneplace, Access Development, and Passport Unlimited. We’ve also partnered with golf course management companies who perfectly complement Albatross. CourseCo, Troon Golf, and PGNPlus are just a few of our partners.
We’ve been lucky enough to work with the Human Resource Departments of companies like DreamWorks, Pandora, Samsung, and Apple. Companies likeYahoo! and Tesla have even reached out to us!
Right now, we are working to sell at least 150 packages to bring in $15,000 before the end of August, but we have big plans for a little further down the line.
We want to expand to become a global connection company that offers our current services as well as golf merchandise and concierge services to help plan exclusive trips and events. There’s so much more to come from us, but for any of it to happen, we need your help!

Bill played college basketball as he worked towards his MBA at the University of Sciences in Philadelphia. A former analyst at RAIT Financial Trust, Bill will focus on our financial planning and client development.
Dan studied exercise physiology at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. While working as business development associate at GlobalFit, he formed and developed successful relationships with national partners. Dan will focus on our business development, specifically our course network development.
