What is indoor cycling?
Indoor cycling is a hard core yet fun workout focused on strength and endurance. It takes place on a stationary bike, in a group class setting during which the instructor simulates an endurance ride to upbeat music. You are motivated by the instructor, music and your peers, to complete a full body workout. Be prepared to break a sweat!
