This brand was born in July 2015 in order to disclose this typical Aveiro sweets. We want, from north to south, to show a regional product of high quality, so that more people can taste our products. We are a concept of street food, because we believe that this products should be eaten in the palm of the hand, between family or friends, for a sweet break! We want to be at events, parties and festivals, so that more and more people can know the “Road Tripas”.
The “Tripas” and “Bolacha Americana” are all typical products of Aveiro region. They are made with aroma of vanilla and cinnamon. The first version (tripa) is lightly cooked, with a soft texture, similar to a crepe and should be enjoyed while it’s hot. We use a variety of fillings, of which we highlight the favorite of our customers: dark and milk chocolate, Nutella, Kit Kat and of course the soft eggs cream. The “Bolacha” is made with the same ingredients, varying only in the cooking time to be totally crispy and crunchy. We sell from the simple version to the ones with chocolate, soft eggs cream or after eigth.
