Global Capitalism: Monthly Economic Update

These programs begin with 30 minutes of short updates on important economic events of the last month. Then Wolff analyzes several major economic issues. For December 9th, these will include:
1. Paris Climate Conference: Big Words Little Action
2. Beyond “Saving Capitalism”: Beyond Reich and Krugman
3. Destroying Higher Education: Betraying “Equal Chances for All”
4. The Economy in 2015: A Look Back at the Big Changes
When time permits, we open the floor to questions and comments.
Our goal: to develop all participants’ understanding and ability to explain current economic events and trends to others.
Entrance Fee: $10 per person.
