MLG is planning to commercialize a new environmentally friendly technology that provide a highly profitable and scalable production model that can increase gold retraction up to 35 % above current technologies and thus increasing the profit margin
Maple Leaf Gold Resources AB (publ) is a Swedish public holding company with subsidiaries in the USA and Canada that specializes in precious metals mining technologies and mining operations in North America. Maple Leaf Gold has an experienced management team with a proven track record from previous industries, many of whom became very successful. The company is planning to commercialize a new technology that provide a highly profitable and scalable production model that addresses health, environmental and social concerns associated with the production of gold.
The in general low costs of mining in North America, alongside the stable political environment, allows for safe and profitable mining. during the past years the management team has prepared for commencing operations with a more effective and environmentally friendly technology. The tentative plan is to raise a maximum of $2,800,000 to begin mining operations in early 2016.
MLG owns several mining properties in the US and Canada through its subsidiaries. Scania Capital Operations Inc. is an American company. It currently serves as the holder 100% of the H2 (Happy 2) mining claim. The company will function as an intermediary investor in the future, investing in both the required equipment and personnel for efficient extraction of gold and other rare earth metals. The H2 Mine is located in Pinal County, Arizona. The property is a 160 acre public land site and 25 miles east of the city of Eloy, Arizona.
The property was evaluated by Vladimir B. Zivkovic, Ph.D., CPG. The site was also evaluated by Ron Parker, a registered geologist, up to a depth of 1,000 feet. As of June 2013, gold and platinum probable reserves are estimated to be up-to 245 billion US dollars. This includes gold reserves, magnetite reserves, and PGM reserves. The estimates done suggests that the average ounce of gold/ton is around 0.274.
Maple Leaf Gold has partnered with a technology developer to deliver an exciting new process for gold recovery through a scalable and profitable business model that addresses the worldwide health, environmental and social concerns associated with the production of gold. The process, or AGP, uses technology and specialized equipment that have been developed over many years and are now ready for commercial implementation after having been proven.
The AGP accelerates the gold extraction rate substantially, replacing cyanide, mercury carbon towers, electrowinning and Merill Crowe with proprietary sulfide and telluride pretreatment solutions, and lixiviant extracting solutions and recovery solutions. This technology achieves exceptionally fast extraction rates of 1-4 hour overall cycles, with even faster “recovery” cycles that begin with the extracted pregnant gold solution being pumped into a “recovery processor,” after which the AGP recovery solution is premixed, added and stirred.
