Hello im Melissa and I sincerely hope you enjoy this self help book and it brings you much joy as it has me. I was born in Birmingham UK in 1990 in 2002 I was taken in the care system and had a lot of ups and down as one can imagine, by the age of 16 I was living alone in my own rented property from the social services, aged 18 I had my beautiful little boy and life was well ok but things took a huge turn for the worse as one day whilst living on James Turner street the well known (benefit street)


I had a huge panic attack I felt like I was going to be sick couldn’t breathe I had to call 999 I didn’t know what was happening all I knew was I was going to die I left my 3 bedroom home and moved back to a 1 bedroom flat with my mom as I couldn’t cope. I never left my flat for around 6 months not even to take the bins out I went from a confident outgoing girl to a literal hermit I was so depressed and lonely it was unbearable.

My doctor recommended I go on a course with other anxiety sufferers and there they taught me about your brain in anxiety and I came to understand it was literally my brain that was the cause of problems in fact my health was very good but because it was all I was thinking about that’s all that was happening.

over the next 7 years I embarked on my journey of self discovery and learning about mindfulness, meditation and the law of attraction my life now is simply amazing I have 2 beautiful children a very nice car lovely home I couldn’t of imagined I would be here 7 years ago

but as I learnt and changed my thoughts I’m here now and I hope this book can give you all you desire and much more xx
