Training is a key strategical instrument in the construction and optimisation of the human capital needed to help the populations.
Over the years, MSF has developed standardized and evidence-based programs, a research program, and strong links with academic centers. MSF has a wide range of training programs amongst which technical, medical, logistics, management, project coordination trainings adapted to the realities the volounteers will have to face on the field. In Myanmar for example, since the second week after the cyclone, MSF had trained over 20 local medical doctors, 10 nurses, 30 water and sanitation and logistics officers.
Every year, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) provides emergency medical care to millions of people caught in crises in some 70 countries around the world. DS Smith wants to support their humanitarian action.
