Coeur de Xocolat
Coeur de Xocolat is a luxury food manufacturer with chocolate at its heart. The brand is headed by Yorkshire-based Chocolatier, David Greenwood-Haigh who leads the product development and creative side of the business. David’s passion is to take his audience on a Food Adventure using chocolate as the conduit in and out of the sweet/confectionery category.
We launched a range of premium handmade chocolate bars in the following flavours: Dark Belgian Chocolate, Dark Belgian Chocolate with Mint, Dark Belgian Chocolate with Chilli, Milk Belgian Chocolate, Milk Belgian Chocolate with Orange, Milk Belgian Chocolate with Salted Caramel and White Chocolate.
We also have launched a range of handmade premium jams with a chocolate-twist in the following flavours: Raspberry Jam with 70% Arauca Dark Chocolate, Strawberry Jam with Nevado White Chocolate and Orange Marmalade with 40% Atlantico Milk Chocolate. The possibility for range development is almost limitless.
The Coeur de Xocolat Adventure has only just started and we have big plans for the future. The vision, put simply, is to build a premium brand that is synonymous with fine food and gives foodies something exciting to go searching for and to tell their friends about. Chocolate is a wonderfully versatile food that the pairing possibilities are almost endless and David wants to explore the potential across the savoury, sweet and drinking categories.
We want to introduce fantastic quality, ethically-sourced, chocolate from around the world into the mainstream and to allow consumers to enjoy chocolate on a different level.
Since launch in 2015, Coeur de Xocolat has sold over 3,800 chocolate bars and 3,300 jams with a chocolate-twist through retail, foodservice, online and direct to customers. The products are listed in three wholesalers, fifteen retail outlets and online retailers. We have taken the brand on the road and been presented to over 40,000 Foodie consumers and the feedback has been phenomenal. Our dark chocolate & raspberry jam was crowned with the Great Taste award this year. Coeur de Xocolat has also been building a brand through various media sources gaining national TV, radio and press coverage.
