Archived: Family Office Conference: Game-changers in Real Estate Financing and Oil & Gas Investing

iCrowdNewswire - Oct 12, 2015

NEW YORK — The Soho Loft Conferences, Victoria Global and FundingPost have organized this landmark conference on family offices and crowd investors this 13 November 2014 in New York City.

The Family Office and Crowdfunding Conference (Real Estate and Natural Resources Investing) will be held at The Players Club, 16 Gramercy Park S, New York from 8am to 6pm. Entrepreneurs, developers, industry leaders and professionals, VCs, angels, private equity, corporate investors, family offices, academe, media and service providers in the oil & gas and real estate sectors are expected to attend this conference.

“Real estate entrepreneurs need to know how to pitch their ideas perfectly. Often, real estate entrepreneurs do not get their funding because they have been unable to put the message across properly to the investor,” says David Drake the Chairman and Founder of Victoria Global, The Soho Loft Media Group and LDJ Capital.

The panel discussions will focus on these 3 main topics: Innovations in realty financing; Investing in energy using online syndication strategies; and Future outlook and market trends.

Bruno P. Allaire, President and CEO of Veritas Energy Management, LLC will give the keynote speech. He says, “Even in the face of falling oil prices, there remains countless opportunities for earning extremely healthy returns from U.S. oil and gas investments by developing conventional reservoirs with lower drilling and extraction costs as compared to unconventional plays. For U.S. independent oil and gas producers, it is still possible to make money if oil falls below $50 a barrel…just not quite as much as before.”

Rodrigo Nino founded the Prodigy Network in 2003. It is renowned for connecting potential investors globally with top class assets. Prodigy Network is a premier crowdfunding company for real estate development, urban planning and architecture, and is a key player in facilitating the shift from large scale investors (the only ones capable to access prime real estate properties) into the hands of the smaller-based investors.

Bruce Lipnick, CEO of Crowd Alliance and Asset Alliance, will also give keynote speech. Bruce Lipnick says “Capital inputs will influence the success of an entrepreneur and his enterprise. Conferences like this will help the entrepreneur get that elusive capital. The mission of Crowd Alliance is to assist entrepreneurs to get that profitable liquidity.”

There will be two workshops. The first workshop is about the Investor Checklist and what are they looking for in their next project. The second workshop will discuss the How-to’s in Online and Automated Financing.

The participants will have the option to join the after-event cocktail hour – another avenue for networking with investors and fellow entrepreneurs.
