Archived: The Matombo Village Project: to fund further projects and infrastructure for the people of Matombo

iCrowdNewswire - Oct 10, 2015

The Matombo Village Project

The story of the project

In July 2015 as a group of self-funded volunteers from Melbourne we managed to establish a pipeline to provide fresh, clean water to the village of Matombo, Tanzania. We travelled to the village, and worked hard to ensure the project was completed successfully. We also refurbished the village dispensary and donated school supplies and medical supplies.

We are now looking to fund further projects and infrastructure for the people of Matombo.

We need help.

Any small contribution is of great value to us.

On November 15th we will be holding a fundraising afternoon on the Mornington Peninsula. We will have Tanzanian artwork, jewellery and crafts on display for sale, as well as an auction. There will also be food, drinks and live music.

Please join us! Tickets are $35.00  –> You can purchase through a donation on this page or by getting in touch. Tickets include Drinks and Canapes. Free entry for children under 12.
