Description

Do you recognise the importance of supporting and developing Children’s social and emotional wellbeing?  Then join us in making this happen!  We are Be the Jellyfish.  Two ex Primary School Teachers who have devised a programme specifically aimed at supporting children’s social and emotional wellbeing.  We call our programme – The Jellyfish Programme.  To date we have been delivering it to children aged 5-11 in afterschool classes.  Our dream is enable more children to access our programme by training school staff to deliver the programme directly to children in their schools.  Feedback on our afterschool classes from children, parents, teachers and Sencos has been amazing and has given us confidence in our Programme and what we are wanting to achieve. Classes incorporate the arts, sensory activities and relaxation. At present we have to charge for classes to cover costs.  This means that some children who would like to join us are unable to do so.  Through training school staff, all children in their care will have the opportunity to take part and access our programme. Help us to achieve this!  Help us to help children flourish!  Help us to ensure that all children get the social and emotional support they deserve! With your support and pledge, you too will joining our Jellyfish Family. You will be supporting the social and emotional wellbeing of children in primary schools.  This  can only have only have a positive knock on effect on our future young people and the adults they will become. We will use your pledge to print our training material and resources.  This will enable us to deliver high quality training to schools so that they feel confident in delivering The Jellyfish Programme for themselves. Thank you for taking the time to read this and we hope to welcome you into the Jellyfish Family.  With warmest wishes,Lucy and Sarah
