Share the Light – Solar Power for remote orphanages and clinics
Your support will provide the needed capital for start up and initial operations of Share the Light, which will be a charitable non-profit organization. Our mission will be to support orphanages and medical clinics, that are in remote and difficult to access locations, beginning with orphanages located in Central and South America. Many orphanages do not have electricity or proper water and sanitation systems. Our foundation will bring needed infrastructure to these remote locations, such as solar power, solar water heaters, and proper sanitation systems.
Can you imagine living without electricity, clean running water, or proper sanitation? Many of the orphanages and medical clinics, in remote and difficult to access locations around the globe, lack the basic infrastructure, that we take for granted every day. Many don’t have electricity, to provide even basic lighting to their buidlings or classrooms. A simple solar power system can provide the electricity they need, to light their buildings and run a well pump, which then gives them the capability to have running water. A solar water heater can give them hot water for washing and cleaning. All it takes is people willing to take action, and make a difference, not for one child, but, for many. Won’t you take action today, and make a difference in the lives of these children? You can truly light up there lives!
