Mr. Campbell is currently the CEO of Cytta Corp. (Cytta.com) the developer of the VeriSmartPhone technology empowering the Internet of Things (IoT). Cytta has licensed the Health and Wellness vertical to Doctor Direct. Prior to this Mr. Campbell was CEO of Rocketinfo which provided current news (rocketnews.com) and business information search solutions prior to its takeover. As CEO of ScreenMD he partnered with Samsung to develop screen based software and applications for Samsung’s Anyweb internet appliance, creating the first web based remote medical monitoring system. While a VP at Telemac Cellular they reprogrammed the cellphone clock chip to store call and accounting data, which lead to the development of the TRACfone an early stage MVNO. Mr. Campbell then became CEO of CanCall Cellular the major US provider of cellular rental services, which ultimately became the AT&T’s national cellular rental administrator. Mr. Campbell has degrees in Commerce and Law.

Michael Chermak is a founder and principal of Makena Investment Advisors, LLC. Mr. Chermak has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has raised over $200 million for his various enterprises. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Healthdemographics, Inc., which had over 1,200 clients worldwide. He sold the company in 1997 to Medirisk. In 1998, he was the co-founder and Chairman of Medibuy.com. Company raised over $140 million in its first 18 months of operation. The company later acquired both Premier’s and Columbia HCA’s e-commerce entities. In the 1999 Mr. Chermak and his partner purchased controlling interest in Covalent Group (CVGR). He was the former Chairman and CEO of Bridgetech Holdings International (OTC: BGTH). He has served on the Board of Directors and as an Audit Committee member of Beijing Origin Seed (NASDAQ: SEED). Mr. Chermak graduated from the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management.
