Income& has created the first investment tool of its kind.
We’re leveraging the power of peer-to-peer technology to give investors a better path to a comfortable retirement. We’re not just creating a unique fixed-income product… we’re creating an entirely new category of investment vehicle.
There are 76.4 million baby boomers in the US right now: teachers and surgeons, botanists and researchers, entrepreneurs and managers. And every single day, 10,000 of them celebrate their 65th birthday.
Most have been investing for awhile, so they’re familiar with what’s out there.
And they know they have two choices:
New technology is emerging to challenge the stagnancy of the financial market: Apple Pay and Bitcoin—among many, many others—have all made headlines recently. But these products are doing nothing for those investors who simply want a better path to a comfortable retirement.
To accomplish that, a product would have to provide low risk and higher yield. It would have to be easy to understand, with full transparency and peace of mind baked right in.
Income& is proud to introduce the PRIMO, a revolutionary new way to invest. PRIMOs are a new, low-risk fixed-income investment alternative with returns of 5% or better. They’re backed by real property and provide a steady, fixed monthly income to the investor.
Soon, accredited investors will be able to customize and purchase a diversified portfolio of PRIMOs and easily manage their investments over time, thanks to our state-of-the-art technology platform.
Income& takes a prime-rated mortgage loan from a high-quality lender, and “fractionalizes” the loan into $100 PRIMOs, or peer-to-peer notes, each backed by the physical property. You’ll get full transparency on your risk and the geographic location of the property, so you’ll know what you’re investing in.
How do we do it? It’s simple, really. Because our products are backed by physical assets, they’re lower risk. And with our revolutionary online marketplace, enabled by game-changing technology on the backend, investors have access to PRIMOs which seek fixed-income returns of more than 5%.
The PRIMO isn’t just a new financial product. It’s the result of a revolutionary patent-pending backend technology called FLASH that makes it all possible. Most of this tech will be invisible to investors, working seamlessly in the background to power the PRIMO portfolio building and management mechanism.
The advanced technology will also be front-facing: on our web and mobile interface, you’ll have the ability to filter certain criteria to choose a portfolio of PRIMOs that’s right for you. You’ll also be able to use filters that show you only PRIMOs matching the risk level you set.
For now, PRIMOs can be purchased through a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), but they will soon be available for purchase through Income&’s online marketplace.
We’ve already launched the PRIMO Portfolio Builder in the app store, and we’ve had great feedback. We’ve also put all the necessary structures in place for a smooth launch:
We’re on our way to bringing PRIMOs to market with our backend patent-pending FLASH system and the first PRIMO sales on the Income& platform.
