Former airline and charter pilot. Was a vegetarian for about 18 years before transitioning to a vegan diet for health reasons, then through education realized there is an ethical aspect to our relationships with animals and became vegan. Now I am taking a dream of feeding people reasonably priced, healthier (since vegan food has NO cholesterol), outstanding food, bursting with flavor, with a great mouthfeel, and made without the use of animals, and turning that into reality.
I truly believe that EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM we face as a world community can be solved by moving towards a vegan life. Water and food shortages, wars over scarce resources, health crises, and so many others are mitigated or eliminated by eating a 100% plant based diet and living a life of vegan ethics.
