LearnUp is on a mission to solve the skills gap by empowering entry-level jobseekers to learn the skills needed to get hired.
We develop online training in partnership with employers that enables job seekers to practice real life situations of a particular job. By completing the training before they interview, job seekers are prepared for the job and increase their chances of getting hired.
Employers get job seekers who are more qualified, trained, and who self-select into the roles after experiencing the job through LearnUp. 78% of LearnUp hires perform better than typical employees. LearnUp hires stay engaged longer, and are 39% less likely to turn over in the first 90 days! Everybody wins!
