Amanda Pearcy – An Offering, The New Album

~ An Offering ~

Hey, thank you so much for checking out my project’s page.
I hope you’ll consider becoming a part of the community of support to help finish my new album, “An Offering”, to continue to move me and my music forward, and to get this new powerful collection of songs out into the world. From the bottom of my heart, with my deepest gratitude, I thank you.

With an incredible group of talented professional musicians, produced by Tim Lorsch (Tim produced and played on my prevous CDs, and has performed/recorded with Kris Kristofferson, Ray Price, Mary Gauthier, Townes Van Zandt, Lucinda Williams, Rodney Crowell, Kevin Welch, and Sam Baker), and engineered by Carles Zanetti, these songs have become exquisite gems. The new album, “An Offering”, is mostly finished except for a few more overdubs, the artwork, mixing & mastering, manufacturing, and publicizing.

Players on the album include Tim Lorsch on strings, George Bradfute on guitars and mandocello, Mike Daly on pedal steel and dobro, Matt Giles on guitars, Stefano Intelisano on keys, Mickey Grimm on drums, Ron de la Vega on bass, and guest appearances by Ray Bonneville on harmonica and Jimmy LaFave on background vocals.

Thanks to the outpouring of generous kindness that helped finish my last album, “Royal Street”, it spent three straight months at #1 & #2 in 2013 on the EuroAmericana Chart, ended up on that year end chart at #7 behind Steve Earle and Guy Clark, charted on other Americana year end lists (#1 on Johnny’s Garden, #4 on AltCountryForum), and John Conquest of 3rd Coast Music, selected it and me as album of the year and songwriter of the year.
None of that could have happened without the community of support I received to help finish that last album. I am forever grateful.

A percentage of the amount earned over the goal will go to HAAM, the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians. Right before the tracking of this album, they assisted me with a surgery, and were so supportive, I don’t know how I would have gotten through that without them.

Please take a look at the exclusives you could receive for pledging, and become a part of “An Offering” community who helps this latest collection of songs get heard by a wider audience.

With my deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to you!
Amanda
