LONDON, United Kingdom – July 15, 2015 –Bora Bora, pseudonymous pop artist, and his team have just announced their one night only, pop-up art exhibition. During this exhibit, the proceeds raised will go to the Red Cross in support of the east Ukraine war relief fund. This is a dire cause, the scale of destruction is immense. At least 6,000 people have been killed, and around 2 million people have been forced to leave their homes. Those who return, often find their homes destroyed. Bora Bora also has hope this exhibit will shine a light on the war that is tearing Europe apart.
Bora Bora has often been compared to the likes of Banksy due to his controversial social commentary embodied within his works. His go-to style is a mix of collage and minimalism during which chaos meets order. Now, his art can help the millions that have been left needing help after a year of the devastating conflict. However, before this exhibition can happen, the Bora Bora team needs help. That’s why they started this Kickstarter. The goal of this project is to raise £6,000 by August 9, 2015, and the funds raised will go toward the location and transporting the art.
To help bring this charitable event to life, please visit the Kickstarter campaign or click here. Perks will be delivered between August 2015 and October 2015.
Please keep in mind this is an “all-or-nothing” deal, which means if the campaign does not reach the funding goal then the project cannot move forward. So know that any amount given can make a difference, and this is an incredible opportunity to be a part of a special campaign! Help the Bora Bora Team reach the goal by sharing this on Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks. The more people know about this, the more support the campaign will receive.
