Itskale is a culmination of my upbringing, formal education, and culinary experience. It is the product of years of research of how to put the “SUPER” into “superfood”. I have perfected the look and crunch of the triangular chip that Americans know and love, and combined it with the taste and health benefits of fresh, organic ingredients. No small feat by any stretch of the snacking imagination.
