Selah Companies, LLC is raising $5,000,000 (FUND I) to acquire operations of senior living facilities (independent, assisted, and memory care) and paying a 10% preferred return in quarterly distributions, with projected annual returns of 15% to 17%. Selah Companies, LLC will use the proceeds to acquire existing operations and to acquire additional long term operating leases and management contracts, or to develop or acquire additional facilities.
