Hyperwear is an emerging brand leader and product innovator in functional fitness, one of the fastest growing fitness segments, where Cross Fit, TRX, Zumba, and Beachbody/P90X have scaled rapidly. Our strategy is to reach health and fitness inspired consumers by delivering demonstrated fitness and weight loss results using our proprietary products. Our focus is growing our direct B2B sales as a bridgehead into broad B2C sales by expanding our portfolio of products and educational content. This strategy has the potential to expand on recent success in commercial accounts (e.g., Crunch, Equinox, UFC Gyms, Fitness First, Anytime, Life Time, Steve Nash, LA Fitness and Virgin. With a newly issued patent covering use of a cooling vest to burn body fat, we are developing a research backed consumer product targeting weight loss and diabetes.
