Our firm, Rx Social Media, Inc. is focused on providing a turn-key social media marketing program to the 25, 000 independently owned and small chain pharmacies. The Company raised $530,000 in October, 2011. These monies were used to build out our back office to insure automated service delivery and in the development of collateral marketing materials. It went live in May of 2012, following extensive beta-testing. Rx Social Media currently services approximately 340 pharmacies.
The Company intends to monetize its business via advertising agreements with pharmaceutical and over-the- counter (OTC) manufacturers. Advertising will take the form of coupons displayed in categories, e.g. analgesics, cough and cold, diabetes, etc. The coupons are featured on all
Facebook pages under Company management and also on in-store Kiosks. Said promotions are rotated daily , thus, always remaining fresh to consumers. Such Kiosks are in CVS stores, Rite Aid and Food Lion, among others.

Management believes that the forecasted financial performance warrants a second round of financing of $500,000 to $1,000,000 . The Company’s Service Delivery System is exportable to other Industries.
