How to Suffer, A Record of Songs by Richard McGraw

Dear friends,

After 2 years of recording and 23 years of songwriting,
a new record is almost here.

To celebrate the release of this record, I’m designing a custom package that will house a booklet, CD and download card (in case you don’t rock CDs any more). This package is designed to celebrate the song, the lyric, the word. I still read and love lyrics and liner notes! It will be larger and heavier then your average CD packaging and will sit well on your bookshelf, not your parents basement next to those old nasty jewel cases.

You can help me realize this package design by pre-ordering the album.
Larger contributions will be met with larger things, like t-shirts and immortality
-your name forever listed in the liner notes as one of the great contributors.

I have two months to raise this money.
This is my best record to date, maybe the best thing I’ve done in this life so far.
I’m grateful I’ve had the opportunity to make this music.
And I’m grateful that you’ve read all this!

thank you so much for your time and support,
Richard McGraw

p.s. If we get $2,000 above our goal, everybody who contributes $100 or more will be getting a 12″ vinyl LP of the new record. That’s kind of exciting!

The songs on the new record are:

1. Tragedy
2. Infinite Mind
3. Lovely Lanes of Hope
4. Silver Trays
5. The Beginning
6. Son of a Ghost
7. Sadness
8. Shivering Spine
9. How to Suffer
10 Letting Go of Lindsey
11. Lonely Animal
12. 35/45
13. The End
14. Grandma
15. TV
