Keylen’s Road To Junior Olympics Track And Field
Hello. My name is Elizabeth Jones and I am the mother of Keylen Sonnier, also known as the future Usain Bolt.
Keylen is an 8 year old Track & Field Sprinter who runs the 100m, 200m and 400m dash race. Usain Bolt is his role model and his goal in the future is to break Usain’s record in the 200m dash.
He has placed 1st in his Region in the 100m, 200m and 400m springs and have advanced to compete at the AAU National Junior Olympics Track And Field Championships, which takes place the first week of August in Norfolk, VirginIa.
He is the youngest of 2 children to a single mom, who has worked so hard to get him this far, and is asking for your help to get him to the Junior Olympics, giving Keylen the best chance at medaling nationally.
Keylen is now 3rd grader at a school in Louisiana and has since scored mastery in Math and English as well as making the honor roll during his time in 2nd grade. Outside of track & field, he also plays football in the fall and enjoys watching WWE! Of course, he also love spending time with his big brother, his mother and his favorite cousin.
Keylen is a very humble and successful leader among his peers and very active in volunteering in his community. He loves to help other kids learn their talent and move forward in making their dreams come true by motivating them through his testimonial of his experience at competing at such a young age.
He has a short article written about him on www.aroamag.com and also has a youtube channel where you can view his races throughout the 2015 season by simply searching for “Keylen Sonnier.”
Please support Keylen in fulfilling his dream of being a winning Junior Olympian. Thank you for your time.
