Rent to Let

Rent to Let

For many years those with sufficient capital could invest in buy to let properties and take advantage of the booming property market. Following a successful trial Aparthotel was formed which will allow many more people to gain the benefit and experience of the property through Rent to Let. The idea behind this scheme is that apartments will be rented in major cities throughout europe with the first project ready to go ahead in Birmingham with your help.

Why Birmingham

Birmingham is gaining strength as a top tourist destination and both the NEC and NIA mean that the hotel industry is under severe strain. The number of serviced apartments is increasing, however, these are very often sold out. Check out the following links to see for yourself why Birminghams hotel trade is booming

Why Serviced Apartments

For many people who are staying away from home a hotel is a sterile and restrictive environment. A serviced apartment is like a home from home and for larger groups can offer fantastic value for money with all the amenities one would expect from a home like environment.

Our Properties

We are currently only taking on two bed, two bath apartments which command an average nightly rate of over £100. The apartments are in central birmingham with very close to Broad Street, The Mailbox and New Street Station. We aim to achieve 80 % occupancy and use dynamic pricing to meet our target.

What is involved

Having successfully completed a pilot in order to ensure that all of the basic principles are in place and operational, the next phase is a full  trial before rolling out the concept across the UK, Europe and ultimately the world. In return for your donation as a founding member you will be entitled to benefits which can only get better as Aparthotel expands. In addition anyone who donates will receive a profit share at the end of the trial period which be refunded or can bel converted into an equity stake.
