We place terminals in our retail distribution network to generate commissions from prepaid cell phone renewals. When consumers purchase a new monthly amount of air time we earn a commission. Currently commission revenues exceed $80,000 per month, and we can grow this business organically and by small acquisitions at very low multiples.
Through strategic agreements with Carriers we can “rent” wireless capacity, brand it and then market it through our extensive distribution channels. The MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) allows us to generate additional revenue sources, as well as stimulate demand for our phones, tablets and equipment. We expect to launch this strategy in 2014.
