    For small businesses it is logistically and financially difficult to maintain their own fleet of drivers. Henchman enables any small business to offer same hour delivery using the Henchman driver network.

    Henchman has a simple and effective revenue model:

    1. We charge customers delivery fees for each delivery. This is currently £5.99 +10%
    2. We charge merchant partners a commission of 20-30% for orders placed through the Henchman platform

    – We’ve built an addictive and sticky service with the average customer ordering every 8 days with an average spend of £1200 per year
    – Our top customers use the service 2-3 times a day with a spend of £18,000 per year.
