WinnettOrganics targets the $9.7 billion fresh foods segment of the rapidly growing organic foods specialty market. Organic sales are up from $1 billion in 1990 to $36.5 billion in 2013. Industry growth has been slowed to 9.5% (about $3 billion) annually by chronic product shortages. The Company will grow from $95MM to over $600MM in five years by capturing 15% of the organic fresh foods market growth, becoming a dominant supplier in the process.
We are offering seed equity of 260,000 shares at $5 per share. We already have an A Round commitment for $40 million at $35 per share.
Organic fresh food products including over 40 types of fresh vegetables. These organic products are so valued by the market that they command 30% to 90% premiums over their conventional competitors.
