The company was started in 2013 with a small capital. Within the first year of operation, I have been able to recuperate all of my initial investment and make a profit. The business purchases properties at tax foreclosures and flips them to other investors or end users. Most of the focus is on land currently, so there is limited “fix” portion within the business. To increase the number of people looking to purchase the properties, the business offers owner financing to buyers, should they choose that option.
I am looking for investors to provide me with access to cash for 18-36 months to acquire additional inventory. I am looking to secure debt financing for a finite period and to provide you (or your company/network) with a monthly cash flow.

Great part of this business is that land is the inventory/product. Great part about land is that it does not have an expiration date and it tends to hold value, especially over short term and when purchased well below the market value.
To provide a greater service and to increase the number of buyers for the properties, owner financing is offered to buyers. After making a down payment, the buyer then pays monthly installments to the company until it is fully paid off. The financing is typically short term, relatively speaking, ranging from 6 months up, depending on the price of the property.
