Enzo Villani is a serial entrepreneur that has developed three global cross-discipline communications companies since 2004. Mr. Villani began these ventures at NASDAQ, where he co-founded the Global Corporate Solutions division. After NASDAQ, Mr. Villani partnered with The Riverside Company to start DF King Worldwide, the team acquired five companies in the US, Europe, Nordics, and Asia. After King Worldwide ($175M Revenue, 400 FTE), Mr. Villani then completed an emerging market version of the integrated communications strategy through acquisitions and organic growth across the BRIC nations with MZ Group (Attitude Global) and PE firm Jardim Botanico. Enzo is an Adjunct professor in Venture Capital and Strategy at Clarkson University, Adjunct Professor in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at SUNY Plattsburgh, Board Member Sigma Nu Tau Entrepreneurship Academic Society. Enzo has an MBA from The Johnson School, Cornell University and a BA Communications from Iona College.

Dennis Beckert

A treasury specialist and expert financial controller with over 20 years experience in forecasting and modeling, due diligence and systems integration, Dennis has served as a senior financial executive for companies ranging from $10MM to $1B in revenues. He has also provided expert consulting services to dozens of companies throughout the U.S., counting Albany International, Corning International and Gas Turbine Efficiency among his past clients. Dennis began his career in public accounting before leaving PricewaterhouseCoopers to become Treasurer of Kaz, Incorporated (a $400M multi-national manufacturer) and later the Yankee Candle Company. Most recently he has served as the CFO of a holding company with interests in real estate, insurance and retail finance. Dennis earned his B.A. in Economics from SUNY Potsdam and both an MBA and an M.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University.

Mr. Berkley has been involved in the bridge between the financial markets, business and governments for over 40 years. Mr. Berkeley served as Vice Chairman of the NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc. and served as President of NASDAQ from 1996 until 2000.
