Michael Jaschke is a Fortune 100 executive and four-time startup CEO, with 2 exits under his belt and 2 startups currently in flight, including 48Bricks.

He is an award winning innovator and serial tech entrepreneur. At age 16, he built his first enterprise software startup. After licensing all rights to his product, he joined Siemens’ telecom division, where he quickly became one of the youngest executives, managing all business units for the North American market. He was the recipient of Siemens’ International Innovations Award and a member of the 200 top Siemens executives in the US. After 12 years with Siemens, Michael continued his career in the startup world. He was the founding CEO of Elanti Systems Inc., a telecom startup that he sold in 2010. Michael is also the CEO and founder of Infotradix LLC, a technology incubator that he founded in 2005. The company is focused on mobile advertising and social media technologies. In 2011, he founded and spun out Speadi LLC a mobile advertising and shopping company. He is still Chairman of the board. In 2013 he co-founded and spun out 48Bricks Inc. He currently serves as its President and CEO.

Jatin Patel, CTO, Co-Founder
Jatin Patel is a full-stack development leader from Fortune 100 to startup.

Prior to 48Bricks, he was a founding member and Head of Engineering for Speadi, where he led the development of a mobile advertising and competitive shopping app. Before that, he was an Architect for AT&T’s Mobility CTO, defining Consumerization of IT. Prior to AT&T, Jatin worked at Avaya where he held various engineering and management roles at Avaya’s Mobility, Desktop and Video – Unified Communications group. He led the efforts in building the company’s first mobile enterprise app on a Nokia platform about 11 years ago.  Later, he spearheaded the development of user experiences across all desktop and mobile interfaces for Avaya. Jatin has over 15 years experience working in start-ups and Fortune 100 companies, building highly successful, robust and innovative products in the advertising, wireless and mobile app space.  He is currently a CTO and Co-Founder of 48Bricks.

Andrew Nestor, VP Sports
Andrew is VP of Sports at 48Bricks Inc. He is an experienced entrepreneur in the sports, entertainment and e-commerce space.

Andrew founded and was CEO of the Tampa Bay Rowdies professional soccer club and was a founding member of the North American Soccer League (NASL) serving two years on the NASL Executive Committee. Andrew’s experience includes the development of acquisition and commercialization strategies and stadium/event rights negotiations with world leading sports and entertainment companies such as Lagardère Unlimited, Traffic Sports, and New York Yankees. Nestor previously worked in private equity acquisition financing for GE Capital.

Andrew served on the Tampa Bay FIFA 2018/2022 World Cup Bid Committee, 2009 and 2010 US Soccer Federation Second Division Executive Committee, NASL Executive Committee, was a finalist for the 2012 Tampa Bay Sports Executive of the Year Award, and was awarded the Tampa Bay Business Journal 2009 Up & Comer Award.
