Introducing LawTrades: the new online platform dedicated to making it simple, efficient and cost-effective to find, connect and work with the lawyers that meet your needs.
LawTrades’ mission is simple: harness the best that 21st century technology has to offer to make it easy and efficient for businesses to find and hire lawyers online at a price that makes sense — and for lawyers to connect with the clients they need to build their practice.
This is how legal should be done in the 21st century. Welcome to LawTrades.
If you’ve ever had to find a lawyer, you know that it can be easier said than done.
You can head to Google, where you’ll be met with a wall of individual websites, with no effective way to compare qualifications or fees, and no transparency regarding the lawyer or firm’s past performance or success rate. Or you can depend on word of mouth, but again: there’s no way to know whether the lawyer you’ve been pointed to is the best man or woman for the job.
Over the past few years, the Internet has started to figure out the challenges that come along with searching for high-quality professional services, and come up with some solutions: oDesk emerged to connect businesses with freelance writers, designers and developers to get their projects off the ground; ZocDoc hit the scene to offer patients a simple, convenient way to find and compare qualified physicians.
At LawTrades, we think it’s high time that the legal community got this same kind of 21st century upgrade — one that makes it easy for would-be clients to see their options, make informed decisions, connect with the legal professionals that meet their needs and simplify the payment process.
So we set out to build the platform that would make that happen, and the result is LawTrades.
LawTrades is the ultimate online marketplace for legal services. Our mission: facilitate meaningful connections between clients and lawyers, and help people everywhere find the best possible legal representation at the best possible price and pay online.
Are you a startup founder looking for a lawyer to help you structure your first investment offering? Are you a large corporation that’s overspending on legal? If so, use LawTrades to find and hire a lawyer for business at a price that makes sense. On average, businesses that use LawTrades save 50% on legal fee’s as opposed to using a high end corporate law firm.
At LawTrades, we believe you deserve to know all your options when seeking legal aid. That’s why our marketplace-style platform makes it easier than ever for you to see all your options and make an informed decision based on the lawyer’s price, experience, availability and areas of expertise.
And clients aren’t the only ones that benefit from the LawTrades take: for lawyers of all specialties and experience levels, LawTrades offers a unique opportunity to connect directly with potential clients and grow their practice.
LawTrakes make it easier to find your perfect lawyer on demand. Just tell us your legal problem, whether it be big or small, and then we’ll give you a list of lawyers qualified to help your case.

We meet, interview, and do background checks on all lawyers and have built atrusted community of the best lawyers, so you won’t need to worry! We’ve done all the hard work, so you can focus on what’s important: choosing which top-notch lawyers fits your budget!
When you’re in a legal pinch, you’ve already got enough to worry about! We want to take the stress out of finding a lawyer so that you can focus on more important things.
LawTrades has made some exciting progress in becoming the number one legal service platform. Our success and overall vision can be described in a few words:
Our prototype has been available for a little over 6 months, and just earlier this month, we released an updated version! With our team of top software designers, we’re able to listen to your honest feedback and work to constantly improve your user experience.
1,000 businesses have already used LawTrades to connect with the right lawyer. Both these numbers continue to grow each month, and in lifetime revenue, we’ve generated $90,000 from the subscription fees of our 70 beta testing lawyers!
We’ve partnered with a variety of co-working spaces and incubators, including Alley NYC, Idea Space, and Rocket Space. People are already getting interested in our unique platform, including Czar Ventures and media sites such as VentureBeat, Mashable, Product Hunt, and many others!
Moving forward, we plan to focus on product development. In the next few months, we want to add a payment option to help clients pay online and a mobile app to make it easier than ever for clients and lawyers to contact each other while on the go! Startups, small businesses and corporations spend 90 billion per year on legal fee’s. Our goal is to take a small fee out of each of these transactions that gets processed on LawTrades.
We want to make legal services more accessible and affordable for all, and we’d love for you to be a part of that journey! For more information about the future of LawTrades and how you could be a part of it, please request access to the Business Plan page of this profile.
