Introducing ArcMail: the enterprise information archiving technology company that provides simple, reliable, cost-effective data archiving and management solutions that empower organizations everywhere to take control of their valuable business data.
We live in a digital age: more data is generated in 2 days today than in the decades leading up to the new millennium. As enterprise-level organizations in particular generate ever-increasing amounts of data, having solutions in place for managing and archiving that data is more than just a “nice-to-have” — it’s an absolute essential.
Hundreds of companies have already discovered ArcMail, and are already trusting our solutions with their data archiving and management needs. But there are countless thousands more out there that still need to be introduced to the business-bolstering, potentially business-saving benefits of data archiving solutions.
At ArcMail, we want to be there to lead these companies into the future of data archiving technology — and be there for them every step of the way.
It’s the 21st century, and digital data forms the backbone of how business is conducted on a daily basis.
Think about all the emails that you send in the course of a work day. Now multiply that number across your organization. Then add in all the financial records, legal documents, regulatory files and even social media correspondence that your organization has generated over the course of months, years, even decades of operations, and it becomes obvious: not having a system in place for managing and archiving that data is not an option.
Data archiving comes with a wide range of business benefits, from boosting productivity and improving server performance to freeing up IT resources and keeping your data handy for future reference. But as regulatory compliance standards and e-discovery laws growing increasingly stringent and demanding, the risks of not archiving paint an even more powerful picture of just how essential reliable, secure data archiving solutions can be.
Need proof? Just ask these companies, all of whom have felt the legal and financial sting of getting caught without reliable data archiving solutions in place:
Morgan Stanley
Paid $15MM to settle e-discovery charges
Qualcomm
Lost $8.5MM in sanctions for e-discovery violations
Monaco Coach
Charged $1MM+ in forensic search costs
There’s no getting around it: in an age when business is increasingly defined by digital communications and digital “paper” trails, not having robust, secure, reliable data archiving solutions in place is a risk today’s businesses simply cannot afford.
ArcMail is the go-to partner for simple, affordable, reliable data archiving solutions that keep all of your company’s valuable business data right at your fingertips.
