OTHELLO, directed by Daniel Echevarria. A tragedy that highlights political corruption and the madness that can come out of love.
Our mission is to give creative opportunities to those who haven’t had a chance to explore what they are truly capable of and give them exposure in a culturally diverse space where they can develop and broadcast their talents and skills as a team.
Theatre should be accessible to everyone and that is the chief reason of why we share quality work at an affordable price – $20 per ticket.
By producing Shakespeare’s OTHELLO, we want to show younger audience members that classical plays like this one are still extremely relevant in the world that we live in. OTHELLO is packed with issues that surround us even today – issues such as accepting identity, racial stereotyping, and political corruption.

Securing a theatre is difficult, especially one in midtown Manhattan. In the unlikely event that The Davenport Theatre is unavailable during the week of our production, we will secure the space at a later time or move our location elsewhere. If we have to move our show dates, we will, and we will not sacrifice the quality of our work by doing so.
