ScreenPay works with advertisers and brands to display ads and deals on a mobile phone’s lock screen (initially Android). The company gets on the user’s lock screen by paying users a cash to allow ads to be served. The more demographic information a user provides, the more money the user will make. ScreenPay programmatically via ad exchanges and RTBs makes the ads contextually relevant, targeted and useful. The ads do not interfere in any way with a user’s ability to use their phone to make/ receive calls, email, text or any other uses for the phone. If they want to interact with the ad they can. If not they can just dismiss the ad. The business model is to arbitrage the gross revenue per user from the advertisers versus what is paid to them.
